• Currently enrolled as undergraduate sophomore or higher, or graduate student
• Enrolled in ABET accredited undergraduate or graduate program in civil or environmental engineering
• Residents of Massachusetts
• Attending college/university in Massachusetts

2. Two letters of recommendation:
   • One letter must be from a professor
   • One letter may be from anyone (professor, advisor, or employer)
3. One copy of official university transcript
4. Essay (maximum 2 pages; prompts detailed on application form page 2)
5. One statement of financial need (maximum 1 page; details on application form page 2)
