About Us The Rose Francis Foundation was founded in April 2022 and is proudly based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Our mission is to offer critical support and resources to individuals and families in need, with a particular focus on mothers with young children and infants, parents, and individuals both with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to assisting those experiencing financial hardship and food insecurity within our community. Through our Rose Francis Foundation Food Pantry and Community Fridge, we address immediate nutritional needs, providing essential food items to families in need. Additionally, our Emergency Financial Assistance Fund, established in April 2022, offers timely support for families facing unexpected financial challenges. At the Rose Francis Foundation, we are committed to empowering individuals, fostering self-sufficiency, and ensuring that no one in our community goes without the resources they need to thrive. Our goal is to create lasting positive change by uplifting those facing adversity and providing them with the tools and support necessary to build a brighter future What We Do Through our mission to fill the social gaps of food insecurity, financial insecurity, and free, accessible Behavioral Analytic-based Parent services faced by women, children, expectant parents, and single mothers with young children, we offer a Food Pantry and Community Fridge, an Emergency Financial Assistance Fund, and Behavioral Services for families with children and young adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Emergency Financial Assistance The Emergency Financial Assistance Fund is funded primarily by community donations, grants, and donors. This fund is disseminated based on our unique Needs Assessment Tool. After receiving financial assistance, we ask that families wait at least three months before re-applying. Families can receive up to $500 each application.
