Approved applicants will then be invited to submit a full application, which must be completed no later than August 31 by 5:00 p.m. CST. About Us Founded in 1951, The Robert Glenn Rapp Foundation is a private, family foundation established in Oklahoma. ​Our purpose is to support charitable organizations in the United States, both large & small, with a preference on education & the state of Oklahoma. Our mission is to provide resources to Religious, Charitable, Scientific, Literary & Educational organizations & programs that traditional philanthropic sources might avoid. Funding Areas Education: Organizations & projects supporting educational endeavors from pre-K to 12 & higher education, including but not limited to, endowments, scholarship funds and vocational technical programs.Construction: Brick & mortar projects including equipment to support renovations & new construction.Health & Wellness: Institutions supporting health & wellness through scientific research, health care & quality of life projects.Religion: Organizations & projects supporting faith-based & humanitarian endeavors.Literacy: Organizations & projects supporting innovative programs & increased literacy outcomes.Arts & Culture: Institutions & projects supporting the arts aimed at enriching the quality of life for the community.
