About Us Riverside Hospital Foundation . . . fostering access to quality healthcare in Northeast Florida. The Riverside Hospital Foundation was established in 1991, as a not for profit corporation, to provide financial assistance to corporations, organizations, services and programs exempt from federal income tax under Section 501c3 that engage in or support the research, delivery, or provision of healthcare, or seek to improve health care delivery and organizational effectiveness. Our financial assistance will be focused on but not necessarily limited to Duval, Nassau, Clay, St. Johns and Baker Counties. Innovation Grant Supporting new and innovative programs with: Measurable outcomes, that have a Self sustaining endpoint to funding, that are Translatable and replicable
