River Valley Health Fund Grant The River Valley Health Fund (RVHF) was created as a result of the sale of Ohio Valley Medical Center and East Ohio Regional Hospital to Alecto Healthcare Hospitals, a for-profit health care system. The RVHF was created to carry out the charitable outreach activities of the former not-for-profit OVMC and EORH. The Mission of the RVHF is to improve the health and well-being of the residents of the Ohio Valley.
