Advancing health equity is an expected outcome of this Request for Applications and the programs awarded funding. The intent of the Request for Applications is to fund two (2) to four (4) programs for awards between $200,000 to $300,000, with a total funding amount of $1,200,000 annually from November 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028.Eligibility
