- Evidence that your project will contribute to a solution
- Explanation of why your project should be funded

5. Program Narrative
- Detailed description of the program being funded
- Timeline showing project duration and order of activities
- Explanation of time involved
- Project goals
- How goals will be achieved and measured
- Qualifications or experience of staff or volunteers working on the project

6. Budget
- Complete budget table including:
- Expenditure categories
- CCF Fund Request amount
- Funds from other sources
- In-kind Match (optional but helpful)
- Total amounts
- Note sources of in-kind match and funds from other sources
