Advancing Treatment Our programs fund training and mentorship opportunities for medical students and fellows to assist in the recruitment and education of future rheumatologists. We are committed to expanding the workforce in order to provide patients with better access to specially trained rheumatology professionals. Preceptorships Recruiting more quality rheumatology professionals starts with building interest in the field among the best and brightest medical and graduate students and residents. Preceptorships encourage students and residents to learn more about rheumatology and pursue careers in the field by supporting a one-on-one, real-world learning experience.
