Application Process
Two-Stage Process:
1. Preliminary Inquiry (Optional)
- Submit a brief inquiry form to receive preliminary feedback on your idea before completing a full application
- Submit one form for each idea
- Do not include supporting documentation unless requested

2. Full Proposal
- Complete full application for competitive funding
