1. Technical assistance for community land trusts
2. Renovations and repairs of small multifamily rental housing opportunities

• Local non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations
• Local non-profit 501(c)(4) organizations
• Local public housing entity
• Faith-based or mission-based organizations
