    Centering around Executive Board-level leadership opportunities for the brothers who serve their chapters, this long-standing program provides in-person workshops to Chapter Officers. ROIs focus on financial management, goal setting, risk mitigation, and accountability skills. And, to ensure brothers understand and implement what they learn, they use their chapter's management as a hands-on, real-world example.

    Eligibility:

  • Chapter executive board members of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity chapters

  • Officers of affiliated fraternities: Kappa Nu, Phi Alpha, Phi Epsilon Pi, Phi Sigma Delta
  • Program Components:

  • In-person regional workshops

  • Financial management training

  • Goal setting and planning

  • Risk mitigation strategies

  • Hands-on practical application using chapter management

  • Reached over 80% of active chapters
