Program Description:
Designed for newer brothers, ELI provides fundamental leadership education in a cohort-style learning model, enabling brothers to share their successes and challenges as the year progresses, creating a litany of ideas for them to build upon. Through a series of virtual discussions, brothers discover the power they have in making a broader impact on their campus and beyond. ELI culminates with a leadership development track at International Convention, allowing brothers not only to learn but also to meet their peers in person.
