Overview

Regional Cultivation Fund (RCF)

Purpose: To engage and support community partners in helping to fulfill WHIN's mission of making the WHIN region a global epicenter for the Internet of Things (IoT).

Geographic Scope: 10 counties in north-central Indiana (Pulaski, White, Cass, Benton, Carroll, Tippecanoe, Warren, Fountain, Montgomery, and Clinton)
