NOTE: This opportunity has two full-proposal deadlines. The first reflects the application due date, while the second is for submission of Required Authorization documents and the Environmentally Preferable Purchasing and Practices (EPPP) Policy if these are not submitted with the application. If an applicant does not have an EPPP Policy at the time of application, one must be adopted by the secondary deadline. The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) administers a program to provide opportunities to stimulate an increase of glass cullet in the making of new glass beverage containers within the State of California. “Cullet” scrap glass that is derived from post filled food, drink, or beverage container glass produced or imported for sale in the state.” CA.
