Real World, Long-term Efficacy Study of Ritlecitinib in Adult and Adolescent Patients with Severe Alopecia Areata in China Overview This competitive program aims to estimate long-term effectiveness of Ritlecitinib for adult and adolescent patients with severe alopecia areata (AA). Research projects to be supported should be focused on the effectiveness of Ritlecitinib in real-world clinical settings in China. Project Types and Area of Interest Potential applicants are encouraged to develop prospective or retrospective real-world studies of adult and adolescent severe AA patients treated with Ritlecitinib in real-world practices in China. This may include: The long-term effectiveness of Ritlecitinib treatment (12 months follow-up) for adult and adolescent with severe AA patients. The total project duration is 18 months.Different treatment patterns can be investigated.Explore the treatment target of AA, and the efficacy under these targets.
