Background: In response to escalating federal occupation and ICE enforcement beginning January 5, 2026, PFund Foundation received $100,000 from the Minneapolis Foundation to provide emergency response. The fund does not go through standard community grant review and uses accelerated approval process. Applications reviewed on rolling basis with grants dispersed in February-March 2026.

2. Applications reviewed on rolling basis by PFund staff
