Raven Fund Career Technical Education Scholarships Grant

The Raven Fund Career Technical Education Scholarships, offered by the CIRI Foundation, aim to support CIRI voting shareholders pursuing technical skill training. With awards up to $9,000 per year, eligible applicants must be enrolled in recognized programs and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0. The scholarships cover essential educational expenses, including tuition and fees, and also allow for personal expenses under certain conditions. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, TCF is committed to supporting the educational and career aspirations of our Alaska Native beneficiaries by offering scholarships for post-secondary and career technical education. Our primary goal is to encourage the education and career development of Alaska Native beneficiaries through various funding opportunities.
Award Details
Annual funding: Eligible to receive up to $9,000 per calendar year
Multiple deadlines: Can receive funding at multiple deadlines if previous coursework is complete up to the annual scholarship cap of $9,000.
Use of funds: This covers direct educational expenses, including tuition, registration fees, course-required books/supplies, and campus housing and meal plans. If all other costs are covered, personal expenses up to $500 per calendar year can be awarded.

Who can apply:
CIRI voting shareholders who are not original shareholders or lineal descendantsMust be enrolled in a technical skill training program at an accredited or recognized institution and working towards a certificate, certification, or professional licenseInstitution: Must be attending an accredited/recognized institutionMinimum 2.0 term grade point average
