The Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County (CFTH), lead agency for The Way Home Continuum of Care (TX-700), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to implement a Rapid Resolution intervention within the regional Homeless Response System.

Intervention Description:
Rapid Resolution is a stability-focused, problem-solving intervention designed to help individuals experiencing homelessness quickly identify safe and practical pathways to stability. The approach:

  • Prioritizes resolving housing crises

  • Leverages individuals' strengths, community connections, and natural supports

  • Provides targeted assistance to remove immediate barriers to stability
  • Funding Available: CFTH expects to award up to $150,000 to support Rapid Resolution services
