RAMP/SBHA National School-Based Health Center Asthma Demonstration Project

Funders: Regional Asthma Management and Prevention (RAMP), California School-Based Health Alliance, National School-Based Health Alliance

Purpose: Support SBHCs in conducting activities aimed at reducing environmental asthma triggers and improving asthma management

Award Amount: $8,000 per SBHC

Number of Awards: Eight SBHCs across the country will be selected

Project Duration: Two-year period

Focus Areas:

  • Reducing environmental asthma triggers

  • Improving HPV vaccination rates

  • Supporting students with asthma
  • Eligible Applicants: School-based health centers (SBHCs)

    Additional Support:

  • Technical assistance from content experts

  • Peer learning opportunities with other SBHCs
