Overview

Quinn’s Corner Jumpstart Grants offer one-time funding of $5,000 to organizations supporting domestic violence survivors and their pets. The grants can be used for emergency funds, such as pet deposits and vet bills, or for planning funds aimed at future housing solutions for pets in shelters. Recipients are required to submit a follow-up report detailing the impact of the funding within six months. This initiative is backed by the Community Foundation of New Jersey.

These one-time, $5,000 grants will help organizations that support domestic violence survivors and their pets increase their capacity and can be used as:
Emergency Funds that can be utilized to support survivors and their pets. For example: a pet deposit for a new apartment, temporary pet boarding, vet bills, pet food or other pet supplies, etc.
Planning Funds to help an organization prepare for the future goal of housing pets on-site at a shelter
If an organization receives a grant, it will be asked to submit a brief follow-up report in six months with details and stories of how the funding was utilized.
