Organization: First Alaskans Institute (FAI) - Indigenous Leadership Continuum (ILC)

Program Purpose: Part of FAI's Indigenous Leadership Continuum, which helps develop the next generation of Alaska Native leaders and support their contribution to the advancement of the Native community.

Fellowship Details

• Placement: Juneau, Alaska
• Timeline: 1st regular session (January – April)
• Number of Positions: Two to four fellows
• Target Participants: Alaska Native and rural Alaskans

Program Goals

• Develop the next generation of Alaska Native leaders
• Support their contribution to the advancement of the Native community
• Ensure the next generations of Alaska Native leaders are connected to their culture and each other
