The Black Collective Foundation MN invests $50,000 each in organizations that have demonstrated tangible impact and need support to sustain, scale, or deepen their impact by strengthening their systems and infrastructure.
- Leadership development and mentorship programs for Black girls
- Community-centered environmental justice efforts
- Workforce development and economic self-sufficiency initiatives
- Black identity, storytelling, and cultural celebration
- Violence intervention and community safety
- Youth justice and system-impacted populations
- Family preservation and child welfare advocacy
- Physical wellness and community health
