Program Description:
The Philanthropic Power Grants are a reciprocal partnership that harnesses the interest, scales or deepens the good work that partners already lead, and ultimately advances a shared vision of a Minnesota where people are holistically well, living in dignity and prosperity. The partnership consists of two components: (1) a continuous relationship with the Black Collective through Partnership pathways, and (2) a grant directly allocated to individual Community Builders or their 501(c)(3) organization.

The Collective works with Community Builders trained in philanthropy, grantmaking, and racial justice who bring their diverse lived experiences to shape The Collective's investments, strategies, programs, and narratives grounded in the needs and aspirations of Black communities across Minnesota.
