Overview: A free, curated 3-month incubation and acceleration programme designed to help startups build resilient alternative-protein companies and secure strategic partnerships.

Status: Active and accepting applications year-round

Geographic Scope: Global - 100% digital format. Accepts applications from startups worldwide. Has previously worked with startups from Latin America, Australia, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Programme Details:

Duration: 10 weeks per cycle

Frequency: Runs twice per year

- First cohort: March to May
- Second cohort: August to October

Cost: Free (no equity or fees required)

Pioneering circularity through upcycled ingredients and circular production models

Clean-label principles with minimally processed products

Novel ingredients and enabling technologies for taste, texture, and price competitiveness

Global scaling strategies for diverse markets and regulatory environments

Leveraging legacy agri-food businesses toward sustainability

Underserved categories: high-fidelity seafood alternatives, fermentation-derived products, molecular farming
