Prospanica Conference Host State Scholarship

Overview: A select number of scholarships available specifically for college students pursuing education in the state hosting Prospanica's Annual Conference.

Geographic Scope: State hosting the annual Prospanica Conference (2026 host state: Florida - Orange County)

Eligibility:

  • Must have active Prospanica membership (Member ID required)

  • Must be a college student currently pursuing education in the state hosting Prospanica's Annual Conference

  • Undergraduate: Must be college freshman or higher at time of application

  • Graduate: Must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a postgraduate program (Master's or Ph.D.) at an accredited university business school in the United States or Puerto Rico

  • Membership fee waivers available for those experiencing financial hardship

  • Prospanica treats all individuals on merit and does not use race, color, or national origin in scholarship decisions

    • Award Amount: Up to $5,000 per scholarship award

    Timeline for 2026:

  • Application Opens: February 1, 2026

  • Application Deadline: April 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT

  • Notification of Selection Results: July 2026

  • Funds Disbursed: September 2026

    How to Apply

    Application Process

    Required Materials:

  • Prospanica member ID

  • Official or unofficial transcripts (acceptable formats: .pdf, .tif, .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .xps)

  • Application form through scholarship portal

  • Verification of enrollment in host state institution

    • Transcript Requirements:

  • Official transcripts obtained from high school administration or college registrar

  • Unofficial transcripts acceptable if accessed through school's online student portal

  • Unofficial transcripts must contain applicant's name

  • Sealed envelopes may be opened if needed to upload documents

    • Steps:
    1. Verify Prospanica membership and obtain Member ID
    2. Confirm enrollment in an institution in the conference host state
    3. Gather official or unofficial transcripts in acceptable file formats
    4. Complete application through Prospanica Scholarship Portal
    5. Submit by April 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT
