Project Pal

Overview: Project Pal is a financial assistance program created to help OPALCO co-op members pay their electric bills during the heating season when bills are at their highest.

  • Must be an OPALCO member household
  • Eligible households can receive one PAL grant each year
  • Open to members struggling to make ends meet on the islands

Program Background

Project Pal was created specifically to help OPALCO members during times of difficulty and is funded entirely by voluntary donations from members who want to help their neighbors.
