Summary

NOTE: Applications can be submitted anytime until one month before the start of the stay. Outgoing Grants Constant exchange with national and international scientists is a major contribution to the further scientific development and facilitates the acquisition of new skills and the improvement of research approaches. In addition to conference visits, visits to other institutions are an important element for the development of cooperation networks. Outgoing grants shall allow members of the ScienceCampus to visit guest institutions for usually up to four weeks in the course of joint research projects or in preparation of joint grant proposals. Funding can be used in accordance with the guidelines of the Leibniz-Association for travel costs and accomodation. The Covid 19 pandemic containment rules in force at the time of travel must be complied with. To apply for funding, members of the ScienceCampus submit the application form with a short description of the guest institution, the scope of the visit and an estimated spending plan. If repeated visits to the same institution are planned, applicants are asked to group this visits in a single application. The electronic submission of applications to the ScienceCampus Coordination Office is possible.
