Legacy of Caring Volunteerism, philanthropy, gratitude and community engagement are traditions at Presbyterian and hallmarks of our history of service to New Mexico. From community volunteers who serve on our boards and welcome our patients, to our care teams and administrative staff – the people of Presbyterian strive to embody the spirit of Presbyterian expressed by one of our founders, Marion K. Van ("Mrs. Van") Devanter: "If we can help, we should." Community Engagement Funding Types Sponsorships: One-time support of a specific event with deliverables. Ineligibility

Mus request funding for an event/program that is not for any of the following:Individual participation, endeavors, or needs.Gift cards of any kind.National trips/tours/conferences not benefiting the local community.Scouting organization, booster clubs, and specific school PTAs.Political action committees, causes, or lobbying organizations.Individual pre-K-12 public schools or school programs. In this case, the "parent" school district is eligible for support.Organizations that discriminate based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.
