Program Type: Leadership scholarship and college placement

Target Audience: High school seniors selected by NHCS

Overview: The Posse Foundation program places scholars in supportive, multicultural groups of 10 scholars — Posses. With mentoring and full-tuition leadership scholarships from partner colleges (nation's top institutions of higher education), NHCS chosen scholars will compete over the course of three months. Nominees will experience Posse's unique recruitment strategy, The Dynamic Assessment Process.
