PLTW Gateway Since 2009, Chevron has committed over $24 million to PLTW nationally, providing transformative educational experiences for K-12 students and teachers in California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia. As a result, over 411,000 students and over 9,500 teachers have had access to PLTW programs and teacher professional development. In 2013, Chevron became PLTW's first National Partner a designation signaling the highest level of support and commitment. PLTW Program Status New Program

Schools may implement any PLTW Gateway units of their choosing. Unallowable Expenses:Benefits; Meals; Infrastructure; Renovations; Indirect Costs; Any other expenses unspecific as allowable; Equipment and supplies listed as Optional; Training Cancellation Fees; Training Substitution Fees; Trainings where there was a no-show; Trainings where a credential was not earned; Salaries; Stipends for use during PLTW Core Training; Stipends unrelated to PLTW Core Training; Any other expenses not specified as allowable
