PLTW Computer Science Caterpillar Foundation understands the importance of equipping individuals and communities with the skills, resources, and services they need to thrive in our changing world. Investments in workforce readiness and STEM aim to create human infrastructure through an empowered, prepared, and skilled workforce. Caterpillar Foundation has partnered with PLTW to expand access to STEM education in under served communities. Through this partnership, Caterpillar Foundation is supporting PLTW grants to schools interested in starting and expanding PLTW programs beginning in the next academic year. PLTW Program Status New Program Program Requirements Grantee must offer at least one PLTW Computer Science course in the 2025-2026 academic year and must offer one additional different course in the 2026-2027 academic year (two different courses in two years). Grantee may implement any PLTW Computer Science courses of their choosing. Grant Award and Distribution Schedule Total Award: $20,000First Year: $10,000Second Year: $10,000
