Play 60 Field Day Request Form The Los Angeles Rams Play 60 is the National Football League's campaign to encourage kids to be active for 60 minutes a day in order to help reverse the trend of childhood obesity. Youth health and wellness is one of our main initiatives and we are committed to helping spread that message throughout the Los Angeles area. Through a variety of in-school, after-school and team based programs, the Los Angeles Rams aim to create a healthier next generation. Within the Los Angeles market the Rams are committed to promoting the NFL’s Play 60 platform of encouraging kids to be active at least 60 minutes every day. The Rams diligently work to reach as many local youth as possible to educate and inspire healthy habits for a lifetime. Play 60 Field Day: PLAY 60 Field Day is a structured football engagement event intended for elementary school students. Rams staff host a brief assembly highlighting character traits and football fundamentals. Following the Character Chat students will be able to participate in carnival style football activity stations. The program is a fun and interactive way designed to engage K – 5th grade students with the game of football in a non-competitive setting while also promoting healthy eating habits and encouraging students to move their bodies for 60 minutes a day. The program follows a standard schedule with an introduction of activities during the Character Chat and a carnival style free play period. Our mascot, Rampage, and/or members of our cheerleading team will be in attendance to interact with the students. PLAY 60 Field Day usually runs for two hours. There are no players expected to attend unless otherwise noted.Eligibility
