Assistance available for up to four months of delinquent payments not to exceed $7,500 per homeowner

Designed to help over 160 qualified homeowners

Originally created to address housing instability due to COVID-19 pandemic economic challenges

Eligibility Requirements:

Must own a home in Pierce County with fee simple title

Home must be occupied as primary residence since March 1, 2020

Must be over 15 days past due on mortgage since March 1, 2020

Must self-certify loss of income or hardship

Annual household income must not exceed 120% of Area Median Income (AMI):

- 2 People: $83,000
- 3 People: $93,450
- 4 People: $103,800
- 5 People: $112,200
- 6 People: $120,450
- 7 People: $128,750
- 8 People: $137,000

No credit score required
