Overview: The Peay Merit Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition, room, board, and fees to attend VMI.

3. Exceptional Leadership: Documented leadership experiences showing noteworthy distinction or outstanding mentorship
4. Commitment to National Service: Demonstrated intent to commission as military officer or other national service
