Program Focus

The Seattle School is actively assessing and exploring opportunities to enhance and sustain its ability and capacity to:
• Fulfill its mission to train ministry leaders
• Support leaders in faith communities facing significant transition and strain
• Respond to rapidly changing contexts

About the Initiative

• Phase 2 awards to 84 theological schools in 28 states and 7 Canadian provinces
• Awards ranged from $500,000 to $1,000,000
• Total funding for phase 2: more than $82 million
• Schools developing and implementing various strategies to support next generation of ministry leaders
