Overview
Implements the five-step Strategic Prevention Framework from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Partners with organizations across the state to provide trauma-informed and culturally competent substance abuse prevention programming that aims to decrease marijuana and underage drinking misuse and abuse by current or former foster youth ages 9-20 and their caregivers.
