Operation Round Up (ORU) is a voluntary member-funded program where participating CHELCO members round up their monthly electric bills, donating the difference to the ORU fund. CHELCO uses 100% of donations for grants and does not impose any overhead or administrative costs.

2. Provide Organization Information:
- Legal organization name
- 501(c)(3) status confirmation
- Contact person name, title, phone, email
- Physical and mailing address
- Website (if available)
- Service areas (select: Walton, North Okaloosa, Bluewater Bay, East Santa Rosa, West Holmes)
3. Submit Required Documentation:
- IRS 501(c)(3) exemption letter (PDF, DOC, DOCX)
- Program Budget: Detailed line-item expenses (PDF, XLS, XLSX formats)
- W9 form (upon award if first CHELCO donation)
- Additional supporting documents (optional)
