- Free rehearsal time in Guild Hall
- Free performance space in Guild Hall
- Limited production budget funding for specific line items
- Time to develop, devise, and rehearse a work of their choosing

Program Structure:
- Grant recipient receives free use of Guild Hall theatre space
- Work is developed, devised, and rehearsed during grant period
- Grant period concludes with public performances
- Proceeds from performances split evenly between:
- Grant recipient company
- Charitable programs of EAG
Funding Support:
- Supported by the Teri Black Performance Fund
- Public funds from New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council
- New York State Council on the Arts with support of Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature
