One AZ community Foundation Community Impact Grant Eligible nonprofits that align with our focus areas are encouraged to apply for our competitive grant, offering a $5,000 award. Focus Areas Economic Empowerment
& Entrepreneurship Programs that promote economic independence by advancing financial inclusion, supporting entrepreneurship, and enhancing financial literacy. Community Vitality Programs that drive sustainable community growth by improving access to essential services, strengthening social ties, and enriching cultural life. Developing
Future Leaders Programs designed to empower and equip the next generation of leaders through civic engagement, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Eligibility

Be in operation and have 501(c)(3) status for at least two (2) years, preferably five (5) yearsHave filed a Form 990 tax return with the IRS within the last year.Have audited financial statements by an independent accountant within the last eighteen (18) months.Be headquartered in Arizona, with the majority of staff, services provided, and requested funding in Arizona.Have an annual budget of at least $500,000 and no more than $5 million.Not have received funding from the OneAZ Community Foundation in the previous year. If funding was received in the previous year, you are not eligible to apply in the current year.Be mission-aligned with the OneAZ Community Foundation’s funding pillars
