Ohio School Grants

The GPD Employees' Foundation supports K-12 public schools and local non-profits that assist at-risk children and those with special needs. Established in 2014, the foundation aims to enhance educational experiences and community well-being through grants. With a focus on impactful programs like STEAM and literacy, it ensures funds are directed towards initiatives aligned with its mission. The grant cycle runs annually from October to January, and applicants are encouraged to apply if their projects align with the foundation's goals.

Our Foundation awards grants to K-12 public schools that enrich the educational experience of all students and to local non-profit organizations that support children who are at-risk or who live with special and medical needs.
Background
Additionally, we know that our applicants are busy, and we don’t want anyone to waste time applying for a grant that does not align.

Eligibility

Supports a K-12 public school program or project. It can be from a teacher, a principal, a superintendent, a counselor, etc.
Supports a 501(c)(3) non-profit that works with children who are at-risk and/or who have special or medical needs.
