Application Requirements
Deadline: April 1
Required Materials:
All of the following items must be received by the office with your application:
1. Copy of the eligible veteran's DD214 or discharge certificate indicating 'honorable' separation
2. Brief autobiographical statement outlining:
- Why you desire the AMVETS scholarship
- Your projected goals in life
3. Transcript (high school grades or current college transcript)
4. Good quality photo of yourself
GPA Requirement: Minimum 2.5 GPA on 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
Application Submission: Download the Scholarship Application from the website and submit with all required materials to the office by the April 1 deadline.
