OETT Annual Grant Program (Phase II)

Mission: Equip Oklahoma common school and CareerTech students with the technology and technological skills necessary to compete in the global marketplace.

Geographic Scope: Oklahoma public schools

Award Amount:

  • Up to $40,000 in education-targeted technology equipment

  • $25,000 in professional development (provided by K20 Center/OK-ACTS)

  • 10% match required ($4,000) - can be used for technology equipment, substitutes, or stipends for staff
    • Eligible Applicants

    • Oklahoma public schools and CareerTech sites
    • Superintendents or administrators who have successfully completed Phase I Leadership Training

    How to Apply

    Application Process

    Phase I - Leadership Training (Prerequisite)
    1. Interested schools must successfully complete Phase I Leadership Training offered in partnership with the K20 Center for Educational and Community Renewal at the University of Oklahoma
    2. Training explores IDEALS for Student Achievement and how they relate to technology use in the classroom
    3. Register at K20 Center website

    Phase II - Grant Application
    1. Download the Grant Application Guidelines Document
    2. Download the Grant Budget Template
    3. Submit application through the Online Application System by deadline

      Required Materials

    • Completed grant application via online system
    • Budget template with detailed technology and professional development plans
    • Documentation of 10% match ($4,000)
    • Evidence of Phase I Leadership Training completion

      Timeline for 2026 Grants

    • November 3, 2025: Application Period Opens
    • November 20, 2025: "How-To" Session at ILI Conference
    • February 3, 2026: Application Period Closes (11:59 P.M.)
    • April 2026: Grant Decisions Made and Applicants Notified
