2. Submit application through Oregon DEQ
3. Provide documentation of eligible 1992-2009 diesel vehicle/equipment being replaced
4. Include quotes or documentation of new vehicle/equipment cost
5. Demonstrate compliance need related to HB2007 restrictions
Reimbursement Structure
- 25% reimbursement for new diesel or alternative fueled trucks (LPG, CNG) replacing eligible 1992-2009 diesel trucks
- 75% reimbursement for new electric trucks and charger units replacing eligible 1992-2009 diesel trucks
- Variable rates for off-road diesel equipment
