Organization: DOGANA (Dow Graduates Association of North America), a 501(c)(3) non-profit alumni organization of Dow University of Health Sciences graduates

Purpose
DOGANA established this initiative to address challenges faced by young Dow graduates applying for residency in the US, including the need for US healthcare experience, research background, and published work. The program provides opportunities for:- Dow Medical College (DMC) graduates
- Dow International Medical College (DIMC) graduates, especially first graduating batches
- Young physicians seeking clinical exposure in the US healthcare system
- Those preparing for residency applications, clinical assessment exams, or immigration-related visits
