NOTE: Prequalification is required for all nonprofit organizations seeking grant funding from New York State. See Letter of Inquiry Deadline above. Organizations that are not Prequalified at the NYSCA grant application deadline will be ineligible for funding. Please note this process is separate and apart from the NYSCA application. You must first prequalify with State Financial System (SFS) in order to have your NYSCA application considered for funding. We recommend starting this process as soon as possible.
