NYS Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant

Geographic Scope: New York City and New York State, with specific focus on Asian communities

Purpose: Assist small businesses in recovering from COVID-19 pandemic losses

Background: In June 2021, New York State announced an $800 million fund to help small businesses recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Funder Role: Asian American Federation (AAF) collaborates with Empire State Development to help Asian communities in New York City gain access to this funding.

• Asian-owned businesses

Eligibility: Businesses that have suffered losses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic
