Eligibility

The organization must: Have not-for-profit status, as defined by the Internal Revenue ServiceBe in close proximity to Nuvance Health facilitiesSupport the Nuvance Health mission to deliver exceptional healthcare to the communities we serve.

Ineligibility

Groups or events that Nuvance Health does NOT sponsor include: Individuals or families, including foundations set up to memorialize individualsPolitical or fraternal organizations or eventsReligious events or organizationsSchool events or sports organizationsProjects, programs or events that provide no direct support or exposure to our service area or clinical focus
