Northern Lowcountry Grants: The Boeing Interfaith Fund

The Boeing Interfaith Fund, established by Boeing South Carolina in 2024, aims to uplift faith-based outreach ministries in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley Counties. Through this initiative, the Coastal Community Foundation supports vital community services such as education, health access, and economic mobility. By fostering collaboration among local organizations, the fund enables impactful outreach efforts that enhance the well-being of residents and address pressing community needs effectively.

Coastal Community Foundation is the largest community foundation in South Carolina, managing more than 700 funds established by individuals, families and organizations and awarding tens of millions of dollars in grants and scholarships each year.
The Boeing Interfaith Fund, created by Boeing South Carolina in 2024, is dedicated to supporting faith-based outreach ministries in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley Counties. With a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of the local community, Boeing recognizes the invaluable role that faith-based organizations play in providing vital services, including afterschool education, financial education, health access, grocery support, and more.

Eligibility

Applications are accepted from faith-based outreach ministries with programs that benefit the community in education, economic mobility, improving access to health and wellness.
Faith-based organizations that do not have 501(c)(3) status may apply but must be registered as charity in the State of South Carolina.
