Norman and Jean Persons Scholarship Grant

The Norman and Jean Persons Scholarship, offered by The San Diego Foundation, aims to enhance educational opportunities for U.S. Marine Corps personnel and their children, as well as young adults in San Diego County who have experienced foster care. The Norman and Jean Persons Scholarship supports two primary groups: active or retired U.S. Marine Corps personnel and their children, as well as San Diego County young adults (up to age 25) who are or have been in the foster care system. The scholarship is designed to expand educational access and opportunity for military families and foster youth pursuing higher education or career training.
