NOPEC Foundation Fund Grant

The NOPEC Foundation Fund offers grants primarily to nonprofit organizations within NOPEC communities, focusing on health, economic development, community development, environment, and social services. Grants typically range from $10,000 to $40,000, aiming to address diverse community needs that are often overlooked by traditional funding sources. Eligible applicants are those operating significantly within NOPEC areas, ensuring support reaches those most in need.

To address the needs of NOPEC member communities and the nonprofits operating in them, which may not conventionally be served by grants or public sources.

The NOPEC Foundation Fund’s focus is on the following Impact Areas:

• Health & Medical (nonprofit hospitals, clinics, etc.)
• Economic Development (Chambers, small business consortia, etc.)
• Community Development (CDCs, civic events, community initiatives, etc.)
• Environment (nonprofit conservancies, canopy restoration, etc.)
• Social Services (shelters, food banks, etc.)
• Grants will typically range between $10,000 – $40,000.

Eligibility

Only NOPEC Communities and/or nonprofit organizations whose activities substantially fall within a NOPEC Community are eligible to apply.
